I have finally gotten around to coming here and updating about what I have been doing tonight! Yes, I know I posted yesterday or perhaps the day before, but still! I can't keep track of the days anymore. What really sucks about all this is that I know one day and quite possibly soon, I will face even greater obstacles than these homework assignments are! That's OK though because once I get past this, the knowledge gained from all this can be applied to future endeavors!

Alright, here is a list of things I must do this weekend. This is a busy weekend for me, which I may have said I had busy weekends before. Call me a liar because this one is big.

Philosophy
[ / ] 4-5 page paraphrase paper on Hume's thoughts (which I've written almost 3 pages so far) regarding...well my mind is weary and I've forgotten, but it has something to do with the impressions and thoughts and ideas of the mind and senses and what not. (An over abundance of ands...)
[ / ] Read all of Hume's fucking thoughts.
[ / ] Homework 5 on pretty much the same thing above, except a little easier. Well not a little, quite possibly VERY much easier, but still.
[ ] Preparing discussion questions to that paraphrase paper up above in order to lead my group in a discussion next week. I didn't have to choose next week, but I wanted to get it the fuck over with.

Photojournalism
[ ] Read chapter 13 on Ethics and take that damn test and turn it in by Monday, a simple task. Just look through the chapter and write down the answers!
[ ] Do photo assignment number 3, which I will be doing at the Silent Laughter play this weekend. Hopefully I get the right shots!

Piano
[ ] Practice? Learn that part that Yan Yan pointed out to me? I think I will wait until Monday to do that. Maybe, maybe not.

Sign Language
[ ] Study for the Midterm on Tuesday. Which is something I will be doing tomorrow at the Queen Bean with some classmates and buddies. It is a mid term study session. Should be fun though!

Human Sexualities
[ / ] Try to work on my final paper, but I doubt that it will happen. It isn't due for another month or so. I'm actually just waiting for the teacher to discuss more in class, so I can understand how to create the paper in a more effective manner. Either way, it is over half complete.

As you can see, my primary objective this weekend is to get my Philosophy done. It is a difficult class, well I believe it to be. Not that I mind, just stating that I enjoy it. It requires a lot of thought, which is great because I feel my brain tingling.

Tomorrow I have my study group for Sign, and then Saturday night I am going to Fremont with Shannon and Chi to see Silent Laughter. It should be a lot of fun and hopefully I can accomplish my goal of completing my assignment. Probably will not happen, but at least I'm trying! I can't find any events around here that I can look up. Bah!

Regardless, before my study session and before Fremont, I hope to finish or get VERY close to finishing my paraphrase paper. I know I have a week, but I would rather get it done now than later. I have Sunday too, but I feel that if I am going out to do something fun. The job must get done and my reward is enjoying the night out with friends.

All in all, it is a very busy weekend with tons of thought provoking intellectual self-discussions.

It will mainly consist of saying like this,
"What the fuck are you talking about?"
"You know what? Fuck you Hume and your damn insane logic!"
"The mind is not yet essentially innate to the mathematical matrix of subconscious donkeys...wait what?"

If not more.

Today has been quite the day! I have enjoyed it very much. There has been much discussing and plenty of learning. On to what I want to write about.

First, I finally remembered my dream last night. I involved my backpack being lost, then when I finally find it. My camera, iPod, PSP, and I believe some other things were missing. I was very upset over it!

Second, Molly told me that she is going to Modesto JC to discuss with a counselor the possibility of her returning next semester. As you may or may not know, her and I are on probation for a year from Modesto JC. Once she told me about it, I decided I should go meet her there Friday morning at eight o'clock am SHARP. We are going to try to beg our way back in. I do enjoy Merced JC, but I just don't like Merced. I would really rather go back to Modesto because that is where I started and that's where I want to end. I want to try to get back in. I feel that I have made my share of mistakes, but I am ready to stick to this and if they will allow me then I want to return. It may or may not work, but I can sure as hell try! If my begging works, then I will hopefully attend next semester on a probationary period. It would be nice to finally see some of my friends there. I have kept myself busy this semester because I am there for school and pretty much, school only. I will not let the old distractions that I had my previous semesters at Modesto JC distract me any longer! Molly and I have agreed upon that. We are not going to allow ourselves or anyone else keep us from getting our work done.

I anticipate this Friday and I think I will stick our Modesto for most of the day. I may want to go to the Queen Bean to get some coffee or tea and sit there, doing homework. I want to get ahead of some assignments so I can focus on studying for Finals and other end of the semester projects. It would be very beneficial and would make me feel a whole lot better. It's not much, but it may take me at least four hours or more. Hurrah for getting ahead of myself!

After this week, there will only be four more weeks of the semester. Three weeks devoted to classes, and one week devoted to finals. Wish me luck on the rest of the semester and I do hope everyone is accomplishing what they are wanting to accomplish at this time of the year. In less than two months, it will be 2008 and this year has passed us by rather quickly. It's funny how when the year comes to this, we all think, "My oh my, this year has gone by so quickly!' I think it's just the fact that we're finally almost at the end of a year. So naturally it will feel like it's passed by quickly.

I may have a blog at the end of the year devoted to how much this year has changed me. I'll see.
